More About Me
I began my real estate career immediately after college, earning my Michigan Real Estate license in 1986. Over the years, I've built a diverse portfolio of rental properties, steadily expanding my expertise. A few years later, I obtained my Michigan Builders license, allowing me to design, build, and remodel homes throughout both the Detroit area and West Michigan, including a historic 1864 farmhouse in Saugatuck.
In parallel, I ran a concrete foundation business in Detroit, where I focused on business development and problem-solving. Seeking to broaden my skill set, I joined an insurance restoration company in 2012, gaining certifications in mold, water, fire, and smoke remediation.
In 2012, my family and I moved full-time to Saugatuck, where I began my career as an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Woodland Schmidt. I bring a comprehensive skill set to my clients—whether you're seeking the perfect building site, rental property, or a full-time residence, my broad background in real estate, construction, and restoration is at your service.
I look forward to helping you find your ideal property.
